Our stated service targets
For eligible private limited and LLP cases, our stated service target is 48 hours after complete documents are accepted; for proprietorship cases it is seven days. Partnership and international cases are assessed separately. These targets do not guarantee issuance, and timing assumptions must be confirmed in the written scope.
What can extend the process
Missing records, an existing conflicting entry, verification calls, name or address corrections, non-working days and platform synchronization can add time. Getting the number and having a platform recognize an updated record are separate events.
Separate consultancy from official fees
A standard request may be available free through the relevant official D&B route. Our consultancy is optional and charged separately. Ask which work is included and whether any official expedited or third-party charges apply to your country and purpose.
Ask for a written scope
Confirm the starting point for the target, document requirements, fee, applicable taxes, cancellation arrangements and what support is included if clarification is requested. Do not treat a quoted target as an issuing-authority guarantee.
