Use an organization-controlled Google Account, reachable phone number and email. Your representative completes identity checks and pays any official registration fees directly. We do not need passwords or OTPs.
Know the scope
We provide preparation and process guidance. Google determines verification, enrollment, testing requirements and app approval. Obtaining a number does not guarantee a developer account or published app.
